~ SAVE A SMALL FORTUNE~
How to begin your life with no Wedding Debt and rich with experiences, gifts and savings to launch your new future--Together! Fresh lilacs directly from the bush, new green grass growing on the Labyrinth of life and a gentle hike into the Bridal Falls and mountain vistas for your wedding ceremony--this is what an elopement can be. When Cheyenne and Mahlia May came from Kentucky to Colorado they had just bought a small house, and wanted to save in order to renovate it after their marriage. And they both wanted a glorious outdoor venue unlike any other. Mahlia had fallen in love with rock-climbing in rugged parts of Kentucky and Ohio and was ready to try the Rockies. He also wanted to teach his fiance, Cheyenne his favorite sport. Neither had ever been in the Rockies and they had dreamed of having a true Mountain wedding, with a rustic cabin and cozy cottage honeymoon, rushing mountain river, huge stands of evergreens and the fresh clear air of Colorado. Cheyenne wanted them to experience a traditiional HandFasting ritual with an eco-spiritual Minister who would assist them in creating their vows and their ceremony as well as a make-up artist, hair-stylist and a simple floral wreath. They both wanted a true Western historic cabin for their honeymoon night, breakfast and healthy snacks provided and fresh pure water gathered from a nearby spring. They wished for a log studio with a kitchen, bath and sleeping loft, right next to a river. They dreamt of Cosplay garments and romantic regalia to add to their wedding finery. They wanted a photographer and photo-stylist and they wanted a 2-person organic wedding cake with champagne and wildflowers by their bed. They got all of this and more at Wise Acre! If this had been a conventional wedding for 100 people, with all of the above, plus lodging costs, venue and chair rentals, flowers, vans to bring people to and from the venue, lodging and gifts for the bridal party and family, food, rehearsal dinner, catering and other expenses it would have cost them between $20,000 and $75,000. Instead, their entire Elopement and honeymoon cost a small fraction of these fees. Wisely, they knew they wanted a warm, friendly and completely stress-free Wedding experience. They chose to enjoy the riches of a private, intimate elopement, so that the money they saved could go to creating a fabulous "We Eloped" party with friends and family when they returned home. They were also dreaming of starting a family and expanding their new house. Instead of an exhausting and months- or years-long planning and production they arrived at Wise Acre and Enchanted Love Elopements' casual and cozy co-creations by our ELE Celebration Artists. Cheyenne and Mahlia could enjoy hiking, biking, climbing while the ELE Celebration Artists made all ready. When the Wedding Day arrived they were driven into the mountains to one of the most magnificent temples on Earth, the Bridal Falls, all for a fraction of what a traditional wedding would have cost. Cheyenne and Mahlia May chose to invest in their love, and in their future. They wanted to enjoy each other and their honeymoon, instead of "performing" for a large audience, half of whom they wouldn't know. And because extended family and friends didn't have to pay for travel and lodging, the wedding gifts the May's received were lovingly generous. Cheyenne and Mahlia began their life and their new family with no wedding debt and with experiences, photos, gifts and savings to launch their brand new life!
